This is a very rare Nazi multi-shot 5.6mm (.22 cal) belt buckle gun invented while in a WWI POW Camp and received a patent for a similar design in 1935. the cover would open up, revealing the barrels loaded with cartridges. The fired on some test model or could be individually fired by the triggers.
